Booking policy

Mistletoe & Mischief is a live cabaret event produced by SUBMERGE Experiences, a trading style of Elliot David Hawker Ltd.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following booking terms. We've kept them as straightforward as possible so everyone knows what to expect before the curtain goes up.

1. Tickets & entry

Your ticket grants admission to Mistletoe & Mischief at The Duke's Head Hotel, Tuesday Market Place, King's Lynn PE30 1JS on Thursday 10 December 2026. Doors open at 6:30pm and the show begins at 7:30pm, running until late.

Please have your digital ticket ready when you arrive — there's no need to print it. The event is strictly 18+ and we may ask for proof of age or identity where appropriate.

Every ticket includes a welcome drink on arrival, bottomless mince pies and festive nibbles. Party Table tickets additionally include a reserved table for eight.

Tickets may not be duplicated or used by more than one person. We reserve the right to refuse admission where a ticket appears to have been copied, fraudulently obtained or previously used.

Seating is cabaret-style and unallocated within each ticket area, available on a first-come, first-served basis — suitable for couples and small groups. Party Tables are allocated tables for eight, shown on your booking confirmation. Arrive early for the best spots.

Late admission cannot always be guaranteed and may need to wait until a suitable point in the performance. We recommend arriving in plenty of time to get settled before the show begins.

2. Cancellations & refunds

Tickets may be cancelled for a refund up to 7 days before the event. After this point, tickets are non-refundable unless the event itself is cancelled.

Booking fees or other third-party transaction charges may be non-refundable where they have already been incurred.

If Mistletoe & Mischief is cancelled, we will first try to offer an alternative or rescheduled performance where practical. If the event cannot be rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered a refund of the ticket price.

We cannot normally offer refunds for circumstances outside the event organiser's control that prevent an individual guest from attending, including travel disruption, illness or changes to personal circumstances.

3. The show

Mistletoe & Mischief is a live cabaret, which means there's always a little room for the unexpected.

The advertised cast, running order, timings and individual performances may occasionally change due to illness, availability or circumstances beyond our control. Where the event can still go ahead substantially as advertised, changes to individual performers or programme content will not normally entitle ticket holders to a refund.

The performance is for adults only (18+) and contains adult humour, strong language, cheeky cabaret performance, audience interaction, and may feature flashing or moving lights and other theatrical effects associated with a live cabaret performance.

Audience participation may form part of the fun, but nobody should be made to feel uncomfortable. If you'd rather admire the mischief from the safety of your seat, that's absolutely fine.

4. Behaviour

We want Mistletoe & Mischief to be a brilliant night for everyone in the room.

Guests are expected to treat performers, venue staff, the production team and one another with respect. Abusive, discriminatory, threatening, disruptive or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.

Anyone whose behaviour compromises the safety or enjoyment of others may be refused entry or asked to leave without refund.

Where alcohol is available, venue staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or where continued service would be unsafe or inappropriate.

5. Photography & recording

Personal photography may be permitted during designated parts of the event, provided it does not disrupt the performance or the experience of other guests. Flash photography and professional recording equipment may be prohibited.

Photography and filming may also take place during Mistletoe & Mischief for promotional, archival and social media purposes. Appropriate signage will be displayed at the event, with information available for guests who have concerns about appearing in identifiable imagery.

6. Accessibility

We want as many people as possible to be able to enjoy the show.

If you have accessibility requirements, require an accessible seating position or need to discuss anything that might make your visit easier, please contact us before booking or as soon as possible afterwards.

We'll work with the venue to accommodate reasonable requirements wherever we can.

7. Changes beyond our control

Live events occasionally have to adapt.

SUBMERGE Experiences and the venue cannot accept responsibility for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, government restrictions, venue emergencies or other events that prevent the performance from proceeding as planned.

Where something significant happens, we'll communicate with ticket holders using the contact details supplied during booking and explain the options available.

8. Your information

Information provided when booking will be used to process your ticket, manage your attendance and send important information relating to Mistletoe & Mischief.

We may send transactional emails where necessary to administer your booking or provide essential event information.
